We do not subscribe to any mailing lists. And every precaution is used to prevent your information from being accessed. The most up-to –date software and security measures are in place to prevent unauthorized access.

Q. Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Q. How much am I able to order at once?
At this time, we are unable to accept orders exceeding $1000.00. Q. What are the Offer and Terms?
All online terms and agreement may be changed and or cancelled at anytime without notice.

All Naturals Cosmetics Inc. reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotions due to system error, fraud, or unforeseen circumstances. All credit card transactions will be validated within 24 hours of purchase. All online sales are final and cannot be modified or cancelled once submitted.

Q. Do you test on animals?
All Naturals Cosmetics Inc is proud to announce that we do not test on animals. In fact our products are scientifically derived from plants and clinically tested.

Q: Where are these products made?
The primary ingredient found in our products is Shea Butter. It is hand crafted and comes from our own Shea Farm in Nigeria, West Africa. All other products are made here in Canada using 100% pure and natural ingredients.

Q. Are your products hypoallergenic?
Our products are tested for known allergens and we avoid the use of ingredients commonly known to irritate the skin. We also avoid the use of any animal ingredients, and have done so for many years. Our skin care products are hypoallergenic, and won’t clog the pores. Any products for use around the eyes are ophthalmologist-tested for safety.

Q. When will I receive my package?
All orders are shipped by expedite mail and we asked that you allow 8 to 10 business days from payment validation for delivery. All efforts will be made to ensure delivery within the time frame mentioned. (Please note Saturday and Sunday are not counted as a business day.)

Q. What shipping areas do you cover and what are your rates?
We are proud to provide a global service. However shipping rate will vary depending on where it is being shipped. When ordering, the system will give you the options available.

Q. Who Started All Naturals Cosmetics Inc?
All Naturals Cosmetics Inc, was started in 2003 by Lanre Tunji-Ajayi, (Land-ray Tun-gee Ajay- e) and Timothy. Having grown in the Savannah areas of Africa and with the extraordinary opportunity and exposure to witness the wonders of Shea Butter, Both Lanre and Timothy took their passion for nature and pioneering sprit and created their first 100% African Beauty’s Original Shea Butter in Toronto, Canada in 2002. From this point on they began a life dedicated both to nature and the beauty of mankind.

Q: Do you offer private labeling opportunities
All Naturals Cosmetics provides contract manufacturing opportunities for many companies. Products are formulated, packaged and labeled at our site. Alternatively, some companies may choose to buy our products in bulk. In which case they can choose from our growing list of in-house items and re-package them in their own unique jars and bottles.

Q: Are there any concerns about bottling?
All Products are prepared and packaged under the strictest conditions with excellent quality control mechanism in place to ensure safety. All sanitization of containers, utensils and equipment are performed on a regular basis. 25% bleach solution is used to rinse and sanitize daily.

The work environment is carefully monitored and controlled on a daily bases to ensure no contamination. Logs and tracking codes are also kept for each product production and is stored for safe keeping

Q: Do you offer bottles and caps?
We do offer a limited selection of bottles and caps. Each individual sees their product in a variety of materials, shapes, sizes and colours. It’s challenging to carry "personal" selections which would satisfy individual preferences. You’ll find more information on selections, in our Bottles & Supplies section.

Q: What is the shelf life of these products?
Typically, soaps will last for approximately 2 years. Body and Hair care products in excess of two years.

Q. Can I distribute your products?

Q. Do you give out samples to prospective distributors?
Distributors who are looking for actual product samples will pay a nominal charge plus shipping to get these products sent to them. The good news is, the cost will eventually be credited to your first paid order.

Being raised in Nigeria, West Africa by a middle Class family and having observed poverty all around her, Lanre is 100% committed and stands firmly for the rights of the Nigerian traders; and pays fairly for all raw materials including the Black Soap that is purchased and shipped to Canada.

Q: Why is All Naturals Cosmetics Inc unique?

This concept is what is driving us to focus on bringing you pure natural products using 100% unrefined, organic Shea Butter imported directly from our farm. Q: What is this company doing for the community?
All Naturals established Seed of life Philanthropic Organization in 2005. Since then this organization has been educating the at-risk communities on how to prevent or at least reduce more incidence of Sickle Cell Disease and Poverty. Forums and Seminars are organized where experts from various fields educate the community.
Galas are organized yearly where Scholarships are given to youths living with Sickle Cell Disease.
